Health Savings Account (HSA)
HSA participants receive significant cost savings on primary care services at all Preferred Primary Care Network locations and virtual urgent care services with MDLIVE. These services are free to HSA participants after the deductible is met.
Personal Wellness Account (PWA)
PWA participants receive free primary care and preventive care visits at all Preferred Primary Care Network locations and free virtual urgent care with MDLIVE.

Whole Health Plan Pharmacy Benefits
The Core Formulary is a list of generic and prescription drugs covered under the Whole Health Plan. This list contains a wide range of effective medications at the lowest possible cost. Prescription drugs filled outside the formulary may not be covered under the Whole Health Plan.
The ACA Preventive Drug List is a list of prescription drugs covered at 100% by the Whole Health Plan, as required by the Affordable Care Act (ACA). All prescription drugs on the ACA Preventive Drug List are contained within the Whole Health Plan’s Core Formulary.
The Expanded Drug List is a list of prescription drugs that includes the ACA Preventive Drug List, plus an expanded list of preventive prescription drugs provided to treat the most common illnesses. Please refer to the WFM Benefits Guide for expanded prescription benefit information. All prescription drugs on the Expanded Drug List are contained within Whole Health Plan’s Core Formulary.
