Preferred Network
The Preferred Network is a curated network of recognized local providers and hospitals that have partnered with Whole Foods Market to offer services at an even greater benefit through Employers Health Network (EHN), administered by WebTPA.
Within the Preferred Network, we offer a deeper benefit for primary care services with our Whole Health Primary Care Network. For more information regarding this benefit, please visit our Whole Health Primary Care Network page. Any team members with further questions, please reach out directly to a Concierge Health Resource Coordinator by phone. Prime Therapeutics
Prime Therapeutics manages the Whole Health Plan’s prescription benefits. Team members enrolled in the Whole Health Plan automatically receive in-network prescription drug coverage through Prime Therapeutics.

Core of Care
The Whole Health Plan has included key care partners to support the most common care you may need outside of your primary care services. These partners can support the treatment plan that you have made with your primary care provider (PCP) or give you extra help when needed. Our Health Resource Coordinators are a part of our Whole Health Care Team. This team is a part of our Core of Care and can help you access any of these partners if you need assistance or to answer any questions you may have regarding the Core of Care. These offerings are at little to no cost to our members.

Behavioral Health
Mental healthcare for all life's moments. Whole Health Plan members have access to Headspace Health / Ginger, a benefit to support emotional and mental health. Services offered: confidential mental healthcare through one-on-one coaching via text-based chats, video-based therapy and psychiatry, and hundreds of meditations and exercises for stress, focus, sleep, and movement - all from the privacy of your smartphone.
Whole Foods Market provides confidential mental healthcare and work-life resources to you and all your dependents ages 13 + through Headspace health at no cost. Therapy and psychiatry services are covered up to seven sessions per person, per issue, per year. Additional sessions are covered at an in-network rate with the Whole Health Plan.

Concierge Health Resource Coordination
The Whole Foods Concierge Team is a group of dedicated Health Resource Coordinators and Registered Nurses who advocate for you. This team serves as your concierge contact that can help you understand the Whole Health Plan and optimize the use and navigation of Whole Health Plan resources. This team can work with your PCP, and specialists, to help coordinate care, assist with referrals and finding providers, schedule appointments, and support you through unexpected injuries, illnesses, and chronic conditions. They're there to help you access preventive health check-ups and support your journey to get and stay well. The Whole Health Concierge Team is only a call away! This is a free service to all team members on the Whole Health Plan.

Musculoskeletal
The Whole Health Plan is partnering with Hinge Health to provide services at no cost to you to help you conquer back and joint pain, recover from injuries, prepare for surgery, and stay healthy and pain-free. Their programs pair wearable sensor-guided exercise therapy with a clinical care team that includes Physical Therapists, Health Coaches, and Physicians.
