Preferred Network
The Preferred Network is a curated network of recognized local providers and hospitals that have partnered with Whole Foods Market to offer services at an even greater benefit through Employers Health Network (EHN), administered by WebTPA.
Within the Preferred Network, we offer a deeper benefit for primary care services with our Whole Health Primary Care Network. For more information regarding this benefit, please visit our Whole Health Primary Care Network page. Any team members with further questions, please reach out directly to a Concierge Health Resource Coordinator by phone. Expanded Network
The Expanded Network is a national network of providers and hospitals through Aetna Signature Administrators to receive care at the standard benefit level, administered by WebTPA. To find an in-network PCP, log in to your member portal here and utilize the Find a Provider search tool.

Prime Therapeutics
Prime Therapeutics manages the Whole Health Plan’s prescription benefits. Team members enrolled in the Whole Health Plan automatically receive in-network prescription drug coverage through Prime Therapeutics.

Core of Care
The Whole Health Plan has included key care partners to support the most common care you may need outside of your primary care services. These partners can support the treatment plan that you have made with your primary care provider (PCP) or give you extra help when needed. Our Health Resource Coordinators are a part of our Whole Health Care Team. This team is a part of our Core of Care and can help you access any of these partners if you need assistance or to answer any questions you may have regarding the Core of Care. These offerings are at little to no cost to our members.

Virtual Urgent Care
Getting sick can be a hassle. When you need care fast or after hours, board certified MDLIVE providers are available 24/7, including weekends and holidays.

Behavioral Health
All Team Members and their selected household members aged 13+ have access to confidential on-demand mental health and work-life support through the Team Member Assistance Program (TMAP), powered by Headspace.
Headspace provides confidential support 24 hours a day, all from the privacy of your smartphone. Team Members have access to unlimited chat sessions with a dedicated coach, therapy and psychiatric services with licensed, Master’s level clinicians, unlimited work-life resource phone consultations, and a vast online library of mindfulness and meditation exercises. Clinical services are covered up to seven sessions per person, per issue, per year. Additional sessions are covered at an in-network rate with the Whole Health Plan.

Concierge Health Resource Coordination
The Whole Health Concierge Team provides Team Members with a single point of contact to help navigate treatment plans and maximize your benefits. A Health Resource Coordinator will provide a coordinated, guided, and supportive approach to simplifying and streamlining your healthcare experience.

Coordinated Care
Your Health Resource Coordinator is your point person across all care touchpoints—from your Primary Care Provider to your Health Coach and more.

Your Health Resource Coordinator is your advocate and will relay your concerns to the right people for a prompt resolution of concerns and questions.

Musculoskeletal
We have partnered with Hinge Health to help Team Members and eligible family members covered by the Whole Health Plan conquer back and joint pain, recover from injuries, prepare for surgery, or stay healthy and pain-free. Best of all, Hinge Health’s programs are provided at no cost to you and your eligible dependents.
Hinge Health provides all the tools you need to get moving again from the comfort of your home. Here are some of the ways your treatment plan could be tailored to you:
- Get a personal care team, including a Physical Therapist and Hinge Coach
- Schedule personal physical therapy sessions as needed
- Receive wearable sensors that give live feedback on your form during your exercise therapy in the app
- Obtain a second opinion on your recommended joint surgery and treatment plan
